Donald Sterling Owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, was secretly taped Allegedly making Racial comments to his Girlfriend.  The comments were played all over the Media amplifying his Voice.
Did the NBA provide Donald Sterling with an Unfair or Justified Punishment?  Lets take a look
at Donald Sterling.  In his past there were cases of Discrimination: In 2006 U.S Justice Department sued Donald Sterling for Housing Discrimination of his Apartment Buildings; In 2009 Sterling was sued by Elgin Baylor for Employment Discrimination: 2003 Sterling sued Alexandra Castro after their relationship ended.

Donald Sterling is a Married man, and has a Girlfriend.  The Discrimination Lawsuits, and his Love affair shows evidence of his Moral Foundation.  Financially he gives to worthy causes, and Charities that helps others.  Is he perfect? No.

The Media has a Special way of making a small incident a huge controversy.  The Lawsuits are dating back to the early to mid 2000's.  The fact of him having Racial differences has been known.  He became the Owner of the Los Angeles Clippers in 1981.  The NBA is an Organization which does not tolerated Racial behavior.  The NBA has been known to Fine Basketball Players of Misconduct, and Wrongdoings.

As an American Donald Sterling is provided the Freedom of Speech, according to the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.  Donald Sterling has a Right to Privacy, which his  Human Rights.  He was secretly recorded by his Girlfriend, what seems to be an argument about her circle of friends.  The recording of course is one sided, he did not know he is being recorded.  What was her Motive in recording their conversation?

The NBA has fined $2.5 Million Dollars, and banned Donald Sterling to All NBA Facilities, and Business meetings for his Lifetime. Is this an Unfair Punishment or Justified Punishment?  This is an Unfair Punishment.  The $2.5 Million Dollars is Justified, but Banned for Life? No, the NBA should have provided Donald Sterling with Diversification Classes to help him with other Ethnic Groups, Counseling, and Interviewed him of these allegations. A Suspension of a certain length of time would have been sufficient.

The Honest TRUTH, what is done in the Dark will come in to the Light.  There are many wealthy people in the World. Some are Inspirational Citizens, and are Assets to their Community. Then you have those that are attention seekers, and feel they should be worshiped.

Your Moral Foundation is who you are when you have, or don't have Money.  Money will make you more of the Person you are.  Donald Sterling is a victim to his own circumstances, and the manner he treats People.  The NBA made a decision that Donald Sterling place upon the Organization. JUSTIFIED PUNISHMENT!
